Appellant Reuben A. Holmstrom (hereinafter the "defendant") was tried and convicted of burglary (sec. 943.10, Stats.), possession of burglarous tools (sec. 943.12) and carrying a concealed weapon (sec. 941.23). After a plea of not guilty, a trial was had to the jury and judgment was entered on the verdict on October 21, 1968. Defendant was sentenced to ten years on the burglary charge, ten years on the burglarous tools charge, and one year on the concealed weapon charge. All sentences were to be served concurrently.
