Hodge also appeals the order denying his motion for post-conviction relief. Hodge argues the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion by permitting evidence of the childs character for truthfulness. Hodge also contends his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to provide evidence of the childs poor character for truthfulness. We reject these arguments and affirm the judgment and order.
