Loren Hohman, Jr., is an attorney at law duly licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas and in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Respondent is a graduate of West Point and after serving in the Special Forces in Vietnam, he returned to Topeka, Kansas, where he entered law school at Washburn in Topeka and graduated in [1973] with a Juris Doctorate Degree. Respondent subsequently commenced practicing law. In 1972, he was elected to the House of Representatives and served in that capacity until 1980 when he elected not to run for re-election. The majority of respondent's practice is in the area of real estate law.
