Darrel C. Holm was convicted of first degree burglary and sentenced to 75 months in prison. He appeals his conviction on grounds that his original defense counsel failed to negotiate a plea to second degree burglary, which carried a standard range of 1-3 months. He also appeals the 60-month enhancement included in his sentence on grounds that Initiative 159, the "Hard Time for Armed Crime" Act, violates the "single subject" requirement in article II, section 19 of the Washington Constitution. We affirm both the conviction and the sentence.
